Why do I always need to project a false impression?

If we were to squeeze an orange, would we get pineapple juice? No, we would only get orange juice. And if the orange were to be rotten, then we would only get rotten orange juice.

We can only give what we have. Should we try to give what we don't have, then what we give would be false and would have no substance. We would be giving an illusion. Yet we are in the habit of constantly deceiving others by not truly expressing how we feel. What we are doing in effect is wrapping a worthless gift in shiny paper, where we are the attractive wrapping and what we give to others is of no value.

To begin with, let us rid ourselves of falsehood, not just in our expression but in our feelings and thoughts. To do this we must first accept with certainty that we are no better or no worse than anyone else. In short, we must stop judging our selves or others.

Once freed from this onerous burden of judgment, we will not have to flavor the energy that flows into us in the form of love and kindness but pass it on to others in its purest essence. For there will be no need to make it attractive so as to be acceptable, it will be beauty itself.
